Teresa Fuller, LCSW-S, LPHA
LGBTQ+ Friendly therapist
Growing up, many of us are told who we should be—how to act, who to love, what parts of ourselves to hide. Maybe you've felt the weight of that, carrying questions, fears, or even shame that was never yours to bear. But here, in this space, you don’t have to pretend. You don’t have to shrink yourself to fit someone else’s idea of who you should be.
I know how important it is to have someone who truly listens—someone who sees you, not just the version the world expects.

Embracing Your True Self
For so many in the LGBTQ+ community, the journey to self-acceptance isn’t always easy. Maybe you’ve spent years trying to fit into spaces that weren’t built for you, or perhaps you’ve had to hide parts of yourself just to feel safe. You might carry the weight of unspoken fears, unanswered questions, or the echoes of rejection. If any of this feels familiar, I want you to know—you are not alone.

Here, you don’t have to explain why you deserve to be seen, heard, and valued. This is a space where your identity is honored, where your struggles are understood, and where healing begins with being fully accepted. Whether you’re facing anxiety, relationships, family challenges, or just the everyday stress of navigating a world that doesn’t always make room for you, I’m here to listen, support, and help you find the strength that’s already within you. Your journey is yours—but you don’t have to walk it alone.
